Payment & Cancellation Policy
At Faster Aesthetics and Wellness, we strive to provide timely, high-quality care to all our clients. To maintain this standard, we have implemented the following policies regarding credit card transactions and appointment scheduling.
1. Credit Card Processing Fee
To help cover the rising costs of secure payment processing, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to all transactions paid via credit card.
Alternative Options: This fee can be avoided by paying via cash, debit card, or if you opt for a Cherry payment plan
Transparency: The fee will be clearly listed on your receipt at the time of checkout.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $100 non-refundable fee.
Card on File: To secure your booking, a valid credit card must be kept on file. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
3. Patient Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment with Faster Aesthetics and Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the 3% transaction fee and the $100 late cancellation/no-show policy.
